-I think it’s really important that a library is well-organized and easy to navigate because how else are teachers and students going to find resources. I want the students and teachers at my future school to be comfortable looking for resources and know that when they need something, they can find it. I want to be able to help them but sometimes I am quite busy when they come in, so it’s nice to think that they will be able to find resources themselves sometimes. Also, if the collection is well-organized then I may be better able to see what areas of the library need more resources, for example, if all the animal books are in order and the topics are together, then I can tell if I have enough owl books or penguin books or if I should order more.
-I, too, was thinking of organizing the print materials and not so much about organizing the digital resources. However, I know that they are equally as important, especially because of the evolving times that we live in and the ever-growing field of technology and learning.
